Pumpkin Art
10/28/09
Every year, we always purchase pumpkins to decorate our front entryway along with the usual mums, miniature bales of straw, and those cheap but very cute little scarecrow dolls from my favorite craft store (which Jake happens to call, "Obby Hobby"). We do this because neither Jim or I have any talent when it comes to carving pumpkins. We choose to just sit them out and put cute things all around them to make it look like we've done something creative. This year we got a surprise, and Jake brought a pumpkin home earlier than we expected that was decorated just by him. I think the purple and lime green are perfect fall colors...don't you?
It's by far the best and most special pumpkin we've ever had!
